Awesome food. Food is a bit slow to come out of the kitchen but otherwise excellent.

We were there with a group of about 12 people. We had to wait 2 HOURS for the food, and that didn't even come together, but always individually. The food itself was tasty and the portions were large.

Have eaten here multiple times. Food is always good, however it seems like each time we come the service time gets longer and longer. This time ordered to go was told 40 minutes, it ended up being 1 hour and 20 minutes. If you order to go or dine in, plan on it being at least a couple of hours.

Food is great but the service is VERY bad they take an 1 hour to bring each meal. I was there for 4 hours.

Love this place they are awesome ? An they actually take the time to make sure you understand them

The food was good, but the service was not great. My table waited 33 minutes for the first meal, and plus another 15 minutes for the other 2 meals. No offer of refils or explanation of the delay. So the food is good of you are willing to wait for it

Always tasty food and very cheap for the size of the portions. The decoration gives the place its character. The waiters can be slow sometimes but they are nice in their own way. We always order the dishes not sushi. The beef bowl today was amazing. We love Maki Maki!

We are now waiting for our food for 2 hours. Despite complaint. Unfortunately, we are not the only guests waiting for food. Too bad, because the quality fits. Furthermore, we sit here with sweaters and freeze. My daughter put on her winter jacket. Just to describe a picture here.

My husband and I came here for date night as we had a good experience a few months ago, however this restraunt has really deteriorated both in the quality of food and service. When we first came in and asked for a table for two the waitress gave us a sour look and pointed to a table. After we ordered it took her half an hour to bring us the water and the wine, the sushi came out 10 minutes before our water did. This was surprising at first, but understandable after we tasted the sushi. It tasted a lot like gas station sushi, premaid, not made to order. After a less than mediocre dinner that left a heavy uncomfortable feeling in our stomachs we waited for half an hour for the check we asked for. My husband had to get up to go looking for the waitress. We were very disappointed, will not be coming back.

Had to wait 1.5 hours for our food, service was terrible, very rude and didn't pay attention to the customers. Food there isn't cheap so the service has to be on point which it wasn't. Sushi wasn't up to standard, we have eaten there multiple times before, this time it was very disappointing- the avocado in the sushi wasn't ripe just tasted horrible. ☹️

The service is extremely bad. We waited 2 hours to get our food and another 30 mins to get our check (party of 2). But the food was really good.

Very good portion sizes for not alot of euro. The menu is extensive and the staff is very polite. If going on a date I do recommend sharing an entree.

Unfortunately, an underground service. Bad to not organized. In case of stress total failure of the staff. Tables are not cleared the plates are then hours on the deserted tables. - Never again!

I have always loved this place. The food is good but this past couple of months their service has been extremely bad. Definitely lost me as a costumer.

Overall the food tasted okay. The service stunk. There were a few customers eating yet our server had a hard time taking our drink order in a timely manner, nor did she check on us after we received our meal. I had to waive over to get someone's attention to tell them I was ready to go. We won't eat inside this restaurant ever again.

If you do not want to waste three hours of your life, go somewhere else. The food is good but the staff is haphazard and gets stuffy if you ask how long it will take. Waited two hours for a to go order that never came. Never again!

Great food! Be patient and bring time...we know what to expect so it doesnt bother us. However, if you are a first time, it's a good gead up.

Another one of my go to places in the area. One of the few places around that can give you a little satisfaction when it comes to shrimp cravings. Sushi is good, I love their Korean grill dishes. Kind staff. Just wish the soju was cheaper!

The food is really good, especially the dishes in the stone bowl as well as the sushi. Pre-order and take away is also possible, which I like to use because the waiting times are sometimes quite high. When ordering simply take the numbers of the dishes, then it works well (otherwise I had some problems understanding due to the linguistic differences). Price everything fits, not too cheap and not too expensive.

The place is worth a visit. A small Japan with a homely atmosphere right around the corner. ? I have to say, there is very good sushi here. Can easily keep up with our year-long sushi supplier from Hamburg and here in the small Eschenbach ? We'll be back ?? Nice seating, nice staff and the food we always freshly prepared, what the longer wait but also excused.

Service was friendly, however it took a very long time to receive our drinks and food. Very little sushi options and a little over priced.

The food is very good, especially the kim chi selection. The atmosphere is comfortable and the restaurant is clean. The service is a bit slow, but that may be an American cultural perception. The waitresses have been friendly each time I have visited. This is a go to place every time I am in the area.

We hit this restaurant by pure luck, it was a Sunday and if you know Germany it was shut down on Sunday’s. Going into this restaurant, we got the feel of the average sushi place. I personally do not eat sushi, my husband does and said the sushi was good. I had the hot stone bowl with the Tonkatsu. I would defiantly have that dish again, it was the closest dish I have had that is close to the Tonkatsu I grew up eating. Overall this restaurant provides the service of filling your stomach, but do not expect to be blown away.
